A comprehensive assessment of your current state of health and wellbeing where we discuss your health history, current health complaints, symptoms, eating habits, lifestyle so we can establish realistic goals towards your better life.
As a food-focused nutritionist, I believe correct dietary practice is often the best starting point in assisting you. Supplements will only be prescribed if indicated necessary and I truly believe will help.
Knowledge and understanding of foods that help or hinder your health whilst discovering more nutritional foods you can enjoy is my goal.
Your treatment will include
Depending on symptoms and health history, you may need to undergo one or more physical examinations such as a weight measurement, body composition, fat and muscle analysis, blood pressure, zinc test, nail and tongue analysis.
If necessary, referrals are made to local health practitioners such as general practitioners (GPs), psychologists and psychotherapists. As well as pathology laboratories for functional testing to identify underlying causes of a condition to assist with diagnosis. Tests include saliva, hair, stool, urine, blood, hormone profile, liver profile, food intolerance, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), Complete Digestive Stool Analysis (CDSA) and adrenal fatigue test.
If necessary, prescription of nutritional supplements (additional fees apply)
A comprehensive, bespoke treatment plan will be emailed within 3 business days with recommendations, referrals if applicable and a 15-minute phone follow-up consult to discuss the treatment plan.
Follow-up review consultation
$90.00/45 minutes sessions
A follow-up consultation is important for us to review your progress with the previous treatment plan, keep you motivated, and ensure you’re on track to reach your long-term health goals. It is also the time to reassess and identify areas where you may need more attention or support, make necessary changes and answer any questions.
Your treatment will evolve and progress with each consult, making your long-term health goal realistic and achievable.
Your treatment will include:
• Discuss and evaluate your progress, looking deeper into any uncovered issues.
• Review pathology results and specialist reports and recommend other relevant diagnostic tests if necessary.
• All concerns or questions you have will be discussed.

Supermarket tours and pantry audits
$90 per hour
Supermarkets, delicatessens, fruit and vegetable grocers can be daunting, overwhelming and often confusing.
Supermarket tours involve how to read and understand Nutrition Information Panels (NIP) on food labels, choosing seasonal produce, making healthy choices and meal ideas.
Pantry audit takes you through what foods you have in your pantry and refrigerator, demonstrating how to make healthy choices, what can stay and what needs to go.
Appointment cancelation policy
We all navigate busy lives and sometimes life brings unexpected dilemmas. However, we appreciate your consideration of our cancellation policy.
We request 48-hours’ notice is given if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. To respect our time and needs of other clients, a full consult fee will apply if 48-hours’ notice is not given.
In house cooking classes in your own kitchen or online
Regardless of your skill in the kitchen, Chicky’s choice of cooking classes will give you the confidence, knowledge and necessary tools to aspire you to cook healthy, nutritious meals every day.
Unleashing your inner-chef by developing skills and discovering a love of cooking is what Chicky’s 15 years’ experience in training and assessment will bring to the kitchen table.
While no single food will make you instantly healthy, the combination of a balanced diet filled with many nutrient dense foods will help you reach your health and fitness goals. The fuel you put into your body impacts how efficiently it runs.

Cost: $100 per hour plus the cost of food, depending on the menu chosen.
Nutritional consultation plus a 3-hour cooking class. Includes a personalised nutrition plan, recipes and meal plan tailored to your dietary needs.
Cost $400 plus cost of food depending on menu chosen.
Group cooking classes. The size of the class will depend on the kitchen space.
Cost: $100 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
