Classically trained chef in London and Europe, Chicky has owned and operated her successful catering business in Sydney for the past 30 years. Working for many top tiered corporate board rooms throughout Sydney, as well as catering for a wide range of private clients. Chicky’s attitude is that no client, event or occasion is the same and that each client has different requirements, so she works closely with them to ensure that the food and service meets the highest standards and more importantly, their expectations. This individual approach is one reason why she has many clients that have continue to use her catering services over many years.
Chicky takes enormous pride in the food she prepares and carefully sources fresh produce to ensure the best and freshest possible ingredients go into any dish, believing that the food she provides to her clients should speak for itself.
